two movies have him fight sagat !
in SF2V the series in some PRISON episodes, ryu was thrown in, for some odd reasons, he end up fighting SAGAT, without the scars and without the eye patch. cause he got both eye ok !

but sagat gets his ass whomped too easily !

and there is that other one, SFII THE ANIMATED MOVIE ! the real one, the only one watchable enough because its the only one who is real to the games ! in this one the movies starts as RYU fighting SAGAT in PLAIN with a thunder storm brewing in the sky !
