Yeah, san andres fliping sucked, I can't believe why anyone would like it.

I think they got the list pretty much accurate, except I would have put Legend of zelda snes in the position RE4 was in.

I can't really talk about RE4 since I havn't playe it.

RE4 was pretty good, but not #1 good, that list blowed, most of the games were put up there because their new, and people like to overhype new things. but then again this is IGN, and they are the most biased, money loving, sold out, peice of poop game new source. they remind me off porn sites, because they intice you in with stupid people linking to it a lot, then they make you want to pay...

I was very surprised to find Splinter cell lower than MGS. Splinter cell isnt that good, MGS is the best strategiq/espion game.

Most of those games arn't anything special, they arn't litutarture or good movies, they're games and should be concidered the lowest ranking in society's use of entertainment.

Except for Legend of Zelda. flip yeah.

I agree. I own RE4 and I think it is a fantastic game, it's remarkably done. But to put it as number one is something I disagree with. There are a few other games I would place higher than RE4 because they have it all.

people's gaming likes/dislikes vary from person to person, no one person can make a top 100 games list becuase there will always be people to argue that certain games don't deserve to be where ever they are, only thing they could go by is sales

Nice. I thought I was the only that knew/like Shenmue for Dreamcast. That is a very good game, but it didn't get its recognition as it was suppose to get. Very good game, I'm glad it made the chart :biggrin:

Zelda64: OOT was massively more revolutionary for the action/adventure/RPG genres than Resident Evil 4 was for the horror genre. RE4 was rather revolutionary, but Zelda64 basically created the genre for the 3-D realm. Zelda64 wasn't the perfect game by any means (it had tons of glitches, especially the gold cartridges), but it was the best that this world's ever seen.

no they didn't. the closest thing to a gba game is link to the past, and that was only remade for the gba. i'm surprised san andreas was even up there. god of war sucked. snake eater wasn't as good as the original, and RE4 shouldn't even be that high, sure it was a fun game, but RE2 was much better.

zelda :OoT should have been number one. it is still a great game by todays standards. it created a revolution of 3d action games that weren't platformers. it had the best story, and the best bosses ever! and more sidequests then you could shake a biggoron sword at...
no game of it's kind has ever touched it's glory. zelda: WW was supposed to be close to it's length and story, but they cut out have of the game because they wanted to attract a younger audience. all we can hope is that the new zelda game touches back to it's roots...

Chrono Trigger was ranked too low to, it should have been number two. how the hell do you rank splinter cell higher than the greastest RPG ever made! and no don't say it's not, and that fVII was the greastest. becuase chrono trigger was one of the last classic styled rpgs before they decided to flip the genre up. nothing can touch chrono triggers glory...

sand andreas is a fictional county, based upon three cities in california. LA, san fransisco, and las vegas. and none of them are really like that.

wow 7 out of the 11 zelda games are in there. Ive only beat 6 of those 7 cuz i havent playe deminishedcap and 7 of those 11 cuz i havent played neither 4 swords and Zelda 2 is a hard game to beat but i think thats ocarina of time should of been #1 but 2 is still good and watch when the new Zelda game comes out i wouldnt be surprised if it took #1 cuz it looks better then ocarina of time and better effects and everything. But the best part is that hes an adult through out the whole game
