hard to understand you but did you have 20 wins for wolverine because alot of people got wolverine before 20 wins and got it delete so advise you to check your wins and if you do got 20 wins then clear you catch restart your pc/mac and login and if it's still like that try to login again

i noticed something when i play like yesterday i went on my old account that i hadnt played in like a year and i had every character but when i use my new one they keep on appearing and disappearing
