great free hosting !

- 150mb of free space
- ADS banner, inpage, or popups you decide
- allows FTP for upload
- is always online ! (i have never had any problems)
- use easy to learn SUBDOMAIN names (EX... YourName.topcities.com)

that's the best i could find !
i mean there was MULTIMANIA.COM which was a french site that offered 100mb but now it is part of LYCOS so it gown downed to 50mb. but still a great site too. i use lycos for my images and topcities for my web site !

gizba (http://www.gizba.com)is pretty good.....freewebz is only good if none of your content is going to be linked....it doesnt support remote linking (i think).....yes indeed......topcities..is also nice...

well, don't do a web site if you don't have what it takes to do one !

anyway... there are a lots of SOFTWARE on the net that makes you able to do web sites without writing a single line of code ! WORD 97/2000 for an example are able to do so ! there is also FRONT PAGE by microsoft who do the same thing. tho i don't recommend them for pro's, they are good for beginners like you !

the rest, your call, you must learn the thing because a web site is cool when there are good thing on it ! good luck !
