View Full Version : Xbox mascot - Who would it be

I started this topic because i wanted to see just who Xbox's mascot would be. Dreamcast(and other sega consoles) had Sonic, Gamecube (Nintendo) has Mario The Almighty PS2 has crash bandicoot ( i think) but Xbox hasn't got one ( i dont think) it would pronably be someone from Halo wouldn't it

it should be master chief (the main char in halo) or perhaps someone from the early games. like blinxs the time sweeper.

i never actually thought of that Blinx but he might make an ideal mascot for Xbox

how about BILL GATE ?
i think he's the mascot by the way he walks and acts all the time, he seems like a little hyper active bunny !

When did Ps2 get a mascot? an if your talking about the main char. in Crash Bandicoot his name is Cortex.

errrr. no in the games crash bandicoot, its crash bandicoot himself who is the main char. unless they made a game that completely have nothing to do with him, which would be stupid to call a game that way if it has nothing to do with it !

and were talking about mascots for companies, and as far as i know, the PS2 is fromt he same comapny as the PSONE, so basically their mascots is CRASH BANDICOOT !

Thats really hard to say, because its not as obvious as sonic or mario..but I would go with Bill "Rich as Hell" Gates himself..course he is kinda ugly..

Sam Fisher?? Hmm James Bond...naw Master Chief is better! I forgot about those guys...maybe sam fisher would be in second but hes not xbox only anymore..

Spartan-117 John (master cheif) is definately the ultimate xbox mascot...he should have been is soul calibur two.

well, i must say, have to fit in like the rest dude, sony and nintendo as well as sega has childis mascots, so why would xbox getting one that isn't...

what's the first childs games they ever came out with ?

yea but Heihachi doesn't have a weapon an he's in soul calibur 2 ( Mainly because PS2 games dont have people with sword weapons)

My point is that master chief would not work in Soul Caliber 2. If you think they would at a character with guns then fine.

When I think of XBox the Master Chief from Halo comes to mind.
When I think of Gamecube Mario comes to mind.

but sonic would be for sega consoles not really for xbox. A mascot really should be a character that appears in a game that only appears on a game for that console

nintendo has many now...
LINK, MARIO, WARIO, LUIGI and many others.
sega gave their mascot to nintendo as well, caus eonly the GC SONIC GAMES for now. and i doubt the other consoles to buy the rights to do those games as they think sonic is stupid !

so basically only XBOX doesn't have a mascot.
and really, the mascot should be cartoony, real funny, a great fighter and adventurer at the same time, just like all other mascot of the other consoles. if the first is halo, it could be the chief, but really kids wouldn't be onto that and a mascot is for the kids.

so basically you need a childish game that is only seen on xbox...

thats a good one, but they would then need to make like fifty more games of blinx...like all of the other mascots...and i never really played blinx, so i wouldnt know.

mrf.......Well Rachet and clank is ps2 and blinx is xbox. I think rachet and clank was out b4 blinx though.

Mascots?... I just go forward to Sega's mascot, the ever speedy Sonic the Hedgehog!!...... But finding a mascot for XBox... Difficult huh? Especially since there's so much choices to pick.

it would be easier if there were more games out. It would be easier to find one in 2004. Maybe Rare(Microsofts new game developer that changed from Nintendo) will think of some pontential mascots...
