I can't hyper jump - It's not jump lock that causing this

Because of the lag I can't hyper jump even when theres no lag I'm still not able to hyper jump (this sucks!!!) I think it needs to be tweaked or something..............

i had that befor in the past,the way to stop is to restart your pc that's what i did and ie worked for me :)
