look at the competition on TV you'll see them go ! and the world record of weight lifting is really a ton which the lifters can do almost everyday !

the muscles don'T need to be big to be strong and lift, if they are big, that's because you wanted em to be big !

also, ask any trainer about your muscles...
he will tell you that lifting a small weight for a certain time, then resting then doing it again. don't make your muscles grows, they will have the strenght but will not grow bigger.

in th eother hand, if you lift your maximum capacity right in the begining, your muscles will grow bigger, but will not be any STRONGER !

how many times have you seen a boxer being a small guy, but able to fight HEAVY WEGHT champions ! i saw it some times !

also have seen very muscular mans, but even i could lift more then them !

karma you cant lift an infinate amount of weight because it takes weeks, months or even years to increase the amount you can hold by a considerable amount and the constant strain on you're muscles would damadge them instead of making them stronger.

oh and you made a couple mistakes in you're posts.

1: you're blood doesn't thicken when you exercise, it's just that you're muscles require more oxygen than they normally do so you're heart rate increases so that it can get the blood to you're muscles faster and you're breathing becomes faster and deeper to try to get enough oxygen into you're body.

and

2:you dont have air running through you're muscles, all it is is that there are blood capilliaries running along the surface of the muscles which are only about 1 cell thick so that the oxygen and glucose (which are pretty much the only things in blood cells except maybe carbon monoxide from pollution) can easily diffuse through the cell membrane and into the cells in the muscles so that they can continue to contract and relax.


ps. if you're gonna learn about biology i suggest you find something better to learn from than the magic school bus

Also on the post about going berserk ive done that i got really pissed off and started crying(always happens when i get extremely pissed)then i went like faster then my fastest i ever ran like my body was refueled with more energy then everyone on earth combined had i could move lightning fast(dramatization) and my muscles were increased like 3x power wise. Its like i used energy i didnt know i had. I was unstopable my energy overwhelmed me. This energy lasted only for 50 seconds i would say but still i mean after like almost 3 quaters in my soccer site it felt like i was just waking up and i was totally fine. after the time that i was "berserk" or "super" i returned to my tired state.
"Super" no its called rage kid. When raged of course your str will increase and speed but doing this will burn alot of energy, so your rage wont last forever. (usely ppl bust out in rage in fights)

No. The energy we get comes from food. What makes us what we are is decided before we are even born ( thats what DR Robert Winston says anyway) by mixing parts of our parents emotion genes. Its nothin to do with Spirit. Spirit is basicly the same as will power.

so like i said way earlier, there is two kind of energy needed for us to be !
there is th ephysical energy (given by food and the likes) which is what is needed for us to be able to get our body to be up and running. and there is our own life force. a spiritual energy that is what makes us a LIVING being and not just some stupid bag of animated bones !

this is the energy i am speaking about. its an energy from beyond the primal realm that we live in. but that energy transcend thru our plane of existence from the spiritual one ! ya can say that ghost are spirits that lost their human body and are trying to get back here to this primary plane.

anyway, this is my belief.
for me their no heaven or hell tho...
anyway... this is MY belief, i'm not trying to convince you or anything !

as long as i don't have proof of anything, i will still consider this as reality. tho i must say that the humanity is far from getting it to work on a daily basis, one can train hard and get his vital energy to be stronger thus abling him to use it at some sort !

just so ya know, this is called KI (yeah as in DBZ) in japan, the traduction here, is more like CHI ! or something like that... anyway just a random fact !

That's what I always say about religion. No one can prove their beliefs are right(The only proof is written and in stories.) And no one can prove that their wrong. MIG, if you refuse to believe this, then please, go read some other part of the forum. Because even though you are placing in your own opinion, this thread was not made for placing opinions as yours, especially when it's done multiple times. It was made for teaching people, no matter who, of ways of feeling their inner power. It may take a while to notice, but it's all true. And MIG, about that part about the human brain not being developed enough to focus that energy... well, you can't say you're right, or wrong for that matter. It is a folly to say you know what is happening to other people. Only they know, and can do what they can.

Roll to answer your question, I am able to produce energy through my hands to form a ball of energy, send cold waves of energy down my arms, and when I concentrate hard enough I can send energy through my entire body. When I ask people to feel around me when I send energy through my body, people can sometimes feel heat off me from about a foot away. My cousin told me that I was very gifted to be able to do this in such a short amount of time :D . My cousin on the other hand can produce a bubble around him the size of his room, so when people enter it and he's sleeping he can wake up before someone opens the door. That took him ten years to master, so I don't expect to do that any time soon. Oh by the way I have been able to produce energy balls on objects now and not just my hands.

MIG I've got a question for you. How are you alive? I knowbecause your hearts beating and blood is getting circulated. But what makes your heart beat? If there was no such thing as energy you and I wouldn't be posting here today :D

Well it has been a while since I have checked out my old thread. I see that we have gained some believers as well as some non-belivers in the time I was gone. This topic was never created to force my beliefes and ideas on people. What I wanted out of this thread, was to see if there were others like me who had similar experience with energy. Also I wanted people that haven't heard of such a thing, to be able to experience this the way I have. I don't mind people that view things diffrently from me. Yes, i have this so called " energy " as you people call it.


I am if not, almost or even more skilled than roll is at this. because i have inherited this so called... umm.. "trait" I usually keep secret about this as rarely anyone I come in contact with has this "gift" also. The only one a really believe who has this gift on this forum is the maker of this thread, and Roll. That's it.

I can also sense things before they happen, not major things like car crashes, minor things like when i am about to get hit, and when someone is trying to sneak up on me.

Unfortunately, the senses you have revolve around weaker forms of ESP. If you could strengthen that ability, you could have a very strong form of it, which could result in many amazing feats. But keep in mind, that if you go too far into this ability, and you don't branch out in the meantime, you may put yourself in a lot of danger; both mentally and physically.

It's been awhile, but when I do get some esp, the event usually happens right after the flash. for example, when i am watching a basketball game ( live ) i usually know when the player is going to make a basket. A certain, unexplainable word pops up in my mind, i am guessing from a dead language ( demonic? ) and that is when i know when the ball is going to make it.

also, i don't know how many people can do this, but a while back ( a couple years, maybe? ) i did bend a spoon aLITTLE bit, my estimate is maybe 5-10 milimeters. but i have only pulled that off once, i think.

And the dead language; it is dead, or rather, it is supposed to be. It is a spiritual language that currently has a long lost name. It cannot be found in any textbooks, or history books, or any books from times long forgotten. However, the language belongs to a.. I suppose you could call it a clan. The clans were groups of people who held different beliefs and traits, and sometimes their own languages. A few clans had hidden languages, while others just used what was available. However, as time passed on, those languages died with the people, and only descendants can carry their unconcious dictionaries. It is, however, nothing demonic in any way. ^-^

The flash is when your mind is racing to give you the correct information from the thoughts that poured into it at a specific moment. This is just coming from a spiritual view, though. Chains of thoughts can trigger this event too, but the form you see happens from specific moments only.

My family has kept a treasurey of certain valuable treasures and diaries that were given to me from my grandmother. She never gave it to my mother, though. In any case, in those documents, I found out a bit about the clans. What I didn't find out, was any names, or any background information. I just found out that they exist, and hold special traits in each one, and hidden languages.

My grandmother gave it to me, because I had what my mother didn't have at birth: Pre-determined knowledge and ability. In any case, Akuma, your language could very well derive from any place around the entire world. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a language of a clan that lived in a cave or in a very strange and awkward place.

Funny, I should be saying that to you right now. However, keep trying. You are, at the very least, coming very close to being a natural at this; if you're just starting out.

Wargun, your headache problem lies with the fact that you've been trying too hard or too much at one time. Try not to push yourself too much, too fast if you are just starting out. It would be a fatal mistake to go too fast and drain yourself completely; or give yourself one of the largest migranes in history (which would, of course, shatter your mind). Take it slow, feel it out, and whatever you do, don't force it.

That technique has little to do with manipulation. That is just gathering a lot of momentum, and then smashing it against something. While it is a good technique to use, it is very difficult to get the right amount of momentum to actually use it correctly. Then there is the send out of the force. Depending on how you send out the force pulled in, you may or may not be able to use it to your advantage. This same technique is visible in many many fighting styles; though it is highlighted in certain styles that contain the use of constant spinning and motion.

the only thing i believe in so far is the control of your metaboism, including the secretion of certain chemicals including adrenaline... or whatever they call it now. i know you can multiply your strength by successfully controlling these, and can save your life by controlling your heart. all i know is that you can controll your body, even remove pathogens etc... but your brain cannot control what is subatomic. energy is not part of a controllable function. but believing that you can cure someone with it is different. by believing in it, by making the other person believe, you use your mind in a suggestive way as to make them believe they're cured, thus curing them. thats why placebos work.

many of these "powers" can be easily explained with the laws of phisics... with every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, thus the water.

Mou5y, as it was said before, it is your right to believe this or not. However, we do NOT need your continuous taunts or disbeliefs. This is not a debate topic; therefore, if you have a problem with some information in this topic, you do not have the right to argue against it. This is a learn and teach topic, not a "I disagree, because you can't whack me in the face with it, so I will tell you that it is wrong" topic.
While you may believe humans are so untapped into something so very natural to them, I refuse to believe that they cannot learn. If you didn't notice, there aren't very many scientists working on anything other than life relations (relationships, causes of sexual preferances, why people need each other, etc.), weapons R&D, Psychology, technology development, and spacial aspects. The ones not working on those are not getting very far, since there aren't many (if any at all) sponsors or people who will help them.
Even if someone were to run tests on this kind of thing, you can't call upon it 100% of the time. It doesn't work that way; your body will always have it's limits, and one of them is how often you can call upon yourself to just throw yourself around at everything.
Science can only prove so much; like for instance, science calls and tells that the only natural eye colors for humans revolve around Brown, Blue, Green, Hazel, Black, Gray, and mixtures of any of those colors. I'm living proof that that isn't true, since my eye color is different than any of those. My eye color is yellow-gold; not brown, or hazel, or light forms of those, but yellow-gold. Then, science told me that miracles are impossible, and so are magic and wishes coming true due to celestial belief. But then, how do all of these miracles around us keep happening; and how are the magics that exist now and in the past still accessible to everyone's deadly or happy little uses? Then the wishing; the wishing of a small child to become the best fireman someday, or that he wishes that his mother would not die within moments of her car accident. Are you going to tell me that the wish cannot come true and the miracles cannot occur because science is going to tell me that medicines that take days, even weeks and months to take effect helped her stay alive and awake and not in pain for several days? If you even considered telling me something like that, I'd say you'd be off your rocker for not believing and not trusting in your own ability to help others without the use of little metal objects that just poke people.
Just remember, that nothing is "not real" anymore. Some people have actually begun to dream and wish things into existance. It's called having a large will, not having a huge noggin. Your will to do something will allow you to do it; but if you try to do it frivolously, it will only backfire and hurt you in the process.

I'd like anyone of you, anyone at all, to try and do this just because you want to use it for something else and see if it works for you. You have to do this with just that thought in mind; that you will use this to try and fry people into little crisps using whatever power you have. Tell me when you've figured out that nothing will happen if you try to do it with that desire in mind.

And Elena, I thank you for your defence. However, I should tell you that there are many more things at work here than just electric waves in your body. Energy and all things are at work; like Sbyrd's example, everyone can manipulate the things around them with a simple motion, or a swift shift of the leg and hip. The form changes with whatever the person is trying to manipulate. For example, you can get a very dangerous implementation of wind, momentum, and mind manipulation in dances. You'll understand how when you think on it; you're a smart girl.

Most people won't belive me, but test it out for yourself before you judge me :D. Everyone has energy in them, and not the kind from DBZ where you can send energy balls flying at people. I've studied martial arts since I was a kid, and my cousin's an expert at martial arts and he's the one that taught me this. This is how it works, and it might take a while to actually get it right.

1. Move several feet from a wall and face it.

2. Stick your hand straight out in front of you.

3. This is the most important step. Imagine your hand touching the wall without concentrating on your hand.

4. A cold feeling should race down your arm. Thats your energy.

It's sort of freaky but trust me it works :D

First of all, Mousy, this is a serious topic; or did you not see the same person posting repeatedly that this was real and serious and not a joke? What you are doing is inappropriate for this forum, and especially this thread. You see, one of the particular rules of the ikonboard, is that the thread has its own set of rules that are sub-coordinated by the creator. If you did not notice, he has already stated that he does not want anyone doing what you are doing. Thus, he created a created a secondary rule for this thread which is to be followed and appreciated. This may be a fairly free forum, but there are limits even to freedom; though, I wouldn't expect you to know them.

You may disagree with what we say, but you don't have to say it in umpteen hundred posts to try and get us to "come to our senses". We just don't want to hear it. So this is your final warning.
