SFO court - No jokes,no flamming

[color=maroon:post_uid10]I did some serious thinking while I was banned from the community,an alot of reading through old topics made by members of this forum. I realized that alot of flamming and smart remarks have resulted in unneeded banning and ect.

I'm introducing in this thread a court like setting.(note:Like Judge Judy...just XMVSSF style).Most of the arguing is due to [b:post_uid10]ALOT OF MISCOMMUNICATING[/b:post_uid10].I can understand if some of you would rather not confront your problems,and deal with them in an unorganized rage.

1.Do not post in this topic about closing it unless you are a mod or admins.

2.Do not reply unless it is your case.(Just view silently)

3.No flamming or [b:post_uid10]SMART REMARKS[/b:post_uid10].(Smart remarks being comments that will annoy judge or other officals.

4.Promise to tell the whole truth so help you.....(Your choice).

5.Name,an state your case.

6.Wait for a response from the judge.

7.Have [b:post_uid10]SOLID PROOF[/b:post_uid10] such as a link to that topic or snap shots of remarks in offical online chat server.

8.I will PM for my officals,an Lawyer's.(Ones that have been at these events,and are neutral parties....meaning they are on no ones side.

9.You may quit case whenever....your choice to avoid your problems.

when someone will put something in here, another one will just come and DEBATE about it, and like all debates that i saw, it will always become a FLAMING topic. unless a mod stay in here and delete those flaming post. which will mostly never happen.

this will cause more hatred, i still think it is a good idea, but having a REAL JUDGE like a MOD is simply better cause they can maintain the lawin the court, which a normal user like you and i cannot do that and have to rely on people's common-sens ! which is asking for a miracle !

I'm willing to act as judge, too. You shant find somebody as impartial as myself very often. That, and I have strong administrative ties. Perhaps, if things get busy, Tarkan and I could split up the cases.

Just a thought... perhaps it would be wisest to have a new topic for each major case, and that this thread should be used to initially present complaints and such. Either that, or if TMyApp is feeling nice, he can make a new part of the forum to solving disputes peacefully.

Listen, I'm sorry,but TarkanX has already gotten the spot of OFFICAL JUDGE,but in the unlikely event he is not here there will need to be another judge.KidKrazy seems to fit the take.These two are respected by mostly all,an have a nuetral understanding of things.(They both often don't take sides from what I've seen).I will pehaps ask Tupacwestsider to be the third judge.(There will be no need for more than 3 judges.

Lawyers, I don't assign lawyers that up to the defendent and plantiff who they want to repersent them.(Pick someone good don't get someone who doesn't know what the **** is going on).

Job Of Judge= To simply listen to the case,an ask for any form of proof,an conclude FAIRLY who is correct,an who is incorrect.

Job Of Jury= To just reach a verdict,and the WHOLE JURY MOST HAVE THE SAME VERDICT(answer).

TOKEN = 1 (got ban for saying to MUCH things)
errrr ? can't think of any other REAL CASE that would have really needed this kind of court.
that makes 2 out of 1 and a half year !

in lots of case, the ban isn't even permanent !
lots more people got unban after 1 PM or EMAIL including ASSHOLE. which mean the mod did take you lightly and didn't think you were that much needing a perm. ban !

tho it is a good idea, i think people will always use this to defend themself, even in a single grudge and things will get more annoying then helping !

Well KKS and Tarkan(im not that sure about tarkan)might be impatient, but thats how a courtroom works sometimes as well. If the Defendant is really driving the judges patience then u know that the defendant is losing the case.

I really dont think that KKS or Tarkan will take one side in the court cases, because they themselfs dont really know the situation that well. And since theres going to be a jury and lawyers, The judges wont really have that much of a say in the courtroom. Jury will make the dicition and the Lawyers ask the questions and provide evidence.

So i would say..........

Just let the Judges stand as they are. Did you guys forget about Dan Hibiki? He was totally ignored.

NantukoJoe was banned. Rumor has it that it was because of his signature size,or his topic discussing the process of burning CDs.The defendent claimed to not have the time to change his mistake.

The evidence NFERNO666 spoke of is only basicly available to you, which isn't evidence because it turns in to just your word. How can you punish restavega withought Evidence!? You claim you saw it! That doesn't mean you did! You deleted a crap load of posts that I bet you didn't even read! I've seen virtuely every post Restavega has made and im asking you to rewrite a post that you believe was a spam. Lets see if Restavega ever posted "lol" or " "or my favorite "cool". Restavega has never posted anything shorter than a sentence and i personaly don't consider that spamming.

Restavega: Has defenders openly stating they have searched and did NOT find spamming material posted by Rest!
KingRyu1: Nferno666 openly claims he saw these outragiously spamy posts, Unfortunatly he was so repulsed by them!! He decides to erase them!(still under close observation for having to tampered with the evidence and for giving meaningless excusses)

2.(excusses,excusses)
Restavega:Claims he did NOT spam and tryed resolving the warnings and this issue by Pms. Rest admitts to seeing this warnings but not understanding their context after which he constantly attempts to send resolution pms.
KingRyu1:Admitts to having sent the warnings several times. Unfortunatly he was way to busy to reply to this resolution pms and continued to warn Restavega withough explaination.

3.(how"the beefing"began)
Restavega:Posts a topic Discussing the hypothetical idea ofuVIP(UltimateVIP). Where the players could pay a certain amount of money to have more special little percs, allowing the tmyapp to easily afford to pay for the server and maybe even get some sort of pay check out of this for him self. Kingryu1 in shock of this insolence!! Locks the topic, but not withought adding a few very disrespectful words from himself.
Kingryu1:Rejected this very foreign idea and even felt to take it upon him self to end the audacity!! Not to mantion adding a little word bonus which supposedly sparked the ever growing fire between the two!

4.(the torture)
Restavega:Even though upset and in distress, Restavega does what he belives will save him. Emailing the tmyapp,followed by pming king himself! Which as we all know didnt work. He began to feel alone and threatend and came to the conclusion that he should just mind his own business and the problem might go away!*aghh* but it was not so. The constant PUBLIC negativity and hatered he had to indure when kingryu1 would post after him calling him names and taunting him like a child.
KingRyu1:Believed that Restavega was a no good spammer, that had to be taught a lesson. Careful forethought to avoid danger or harm kingryu1 send a warning to restavega. At the first warning rest replies with a pm, asking his mod for explanation of his accusations,unfortunatly Kingryu1 was already busy sending another warning and calling names that he must have deleted it by mistake*hey its possible! After the same story occured three times kingryu1 felt it was his duty to elliminate all signs of threat! so comes the banning!

5.(the HARD FACTS)

Sends to us this briliantly taken snapshot of the first collision. AND.... oh my! I believe Restavega has proven the harasment that he had to indure. The dates and the names dont lie! kingryu1 did infact start to show extreme unprofessionalism on the job! He did indead insult Restavega and indead he took of his glove and smacked restavegas face*if you sqwint your eyes and focus hard you can see the glove hitting resta in the eye, causing him unbelievable pain and suffering...even though on the floor hurting and bleeding. Restavega attemts one last time to prove that he isn't the delinquent (Presumed to be true and real without conclusive evidence}.. he has been made out to be by kingryu and com.(by donating REAL support that will be used for the bettering of the community and its dwellers.

Restavega:The ruling decided to BAN Restavega and then put him on PROBATION followed by the strip search and robbery of the oh so desurved metals of honer that Restavega ones urned! Not to mention a public stomp on the bolles that will be held in town for show and tell!

*this ruling was unfair, dishonest, unlawful, simple mokery of law and fake!
