Azureus - Nat error

I've been trying to use Azureus and when it asks for a port it says there is a NAT error so the loading speed is always in the yellow zone, also im using the firewall/virus blocker that comes with windows... Does anyone know how to change this?

Well I've never heard of it, so I wouldnt say it's a worthwhile program. However if you think otherwise try asking jeeves (http://www.ask.com) your question, if not just delete it.
