Tmyapp - Sending me a virus

yep, i just got a dam email from info@streetfighteronline.com

Yes everyone gets them, and no TMy did not send you a virus..
It's probably because you have emailed that address before and somehow the virus picks up on this and it seems that the email was from a source that it wasnt, just delete any emails that have a zip folder called important, or note..

I've gotten emails like this before. It says its from one of my best friends and when i open it up..theres either a link or an application. NEVER download an attachment unless you know what it is. It seems like people get off to sending out virus's to people. That's why I only use my email as a last resort.

its sort of a crappy worm that doesn't do jack. Just gets on one computer, sends it to everyone on their list, and so on and so on. I get tons of these, just delete em.

Don't you think thats a bit impossible? His inbox is always full...and I don't think Resident Evil wants to email that addy again..I wouldn't if it sent me a virus. *shrugs*

Best thing to do is to run some anti-virus programs to make sure your computer is safe. Also, get rid of the adware you have on your computer..sometimes they can be infected and your anti-virus program may not pick it up. The best programs are HiJackThis and Adaware.
