Freezing bug! - Most of the time i do super with ryu

how come most of the time when i do a super with ryu my computer freezes and restarts then on the restart window it says dumping file into disk u wait and then on the desktop the downloadable version is uninstalled by itself this happens alot happen when i was fighting tidus2k2 can u fix this well heres some info

windows xp ,ibm thats all i now for a 9 year old child well can u tell me how to fix this bug i reinstalled shockwave and cleared my cache billions of times and still the bug continues i really need help

... not much can be done about that... (except reinstalling windows or using the "system restore" function in XP)...

hmm tried reinstalling already and i got this program called partion magic and i split my comp into half 1 part is windows xp and 1 part is windows me and its freezes on windows me too
