Does anyone know how to use photoshop. Putting animation on banners. I don't know how. If ya know a site can ya give it to me. Or a program that ya use.

search for photoshop tutorials on google. no it is not easy to make banners.

It's not that simple.

You make every step of the animation using Photoshop, then you export the image onto a program such as Fireworks or Jasc Animation Shop, and begin the process of aniamtion via tutorials etc.
