Any suggestions plz to help clean this up, cause right now its ugly. Or if ya really good i suppose you could try to clean it up yourself.

yeah ROYAL FLUSH and a good explosion would be better then this...
also about the background colors, would be best to let them in one color and add SFX, backgrund changing colors make it look weird, even more worst witht hat pink/purple one when the XMvsSF logo get off !

still a prob, when i got the gifusing save as, the backround changes around gambit an i dont know how to change it. I change the colors to compensate with gambit. Is there a way i can get a gif of gambit doing royal flush w/o having to add its original backround in with him also??

led monkey, do a frame by frame animation...
open up a PAINT editing software, like PAINT SHOP PRO and th elike and then when you import the sprite of him doing royal flush, set the background to TRANSPARENT. it will leave you with only the character himself without any background !
its all basic editing, so it shouldn't be so hard to learn about, just search the net about the paint program you have and what you can do with it ! you should learn in no time how you can edit and make your own things based off others !

yeah, PHOTO SHOP and PAINT SHOP PRO are almost identical in the fact that they both are for PHOTO EDITING which is exactly what we're gonna do !
ok... where i start ?
1 - you find yourself the sprites (images) of GAMBIT doing his ROYAL FLUSH.
2 - you open PHOTO SHOP and start a new image (make it big so it can hold the animation itself)
3 - you copy the first image of him doing it.
4 - you paste it, but with TRANSPARENT background
5 - place the thing before removing the selection itself
6 - save, then redo the whole thing with the next frame !
7 - open up your software for making animated gif, and import all the image you've done then place them in the order they are suppose to be played.
8 - save the project and TADA, you're animated gif is just as you like !
ok, this is a basic way of saying it, the only way of actually doing the things the real way, is like very very hard to explain just now, so i would need to refer you to some web page that explain it in details with images to support those explanations !
i don't any, i have learned all those on my own, but i suggest searching the web for tutorials on the matter, there should be quite interesting ones there !
but basically, its like i said !
if you don't have the sprites, you gotta have to do them yourself, which is with an emulator and a rom, but that we aren't authorised to talk, so don't ask here !
again, search the web about RIPPING SPRITES and you should find interesting things !

well, 97 frames. It might just be kinetic card guys.
Also, when I go into my animation program and insert the sprite, I get all the frames, but when I copy them to the clipboard, They can't be pasted anywhere else but in the animation program. Any ideas why, also how do you make backrounds transparent with it, i cant find that option.
