That's not right if it offends ppl then I will try to stay away from it. I mean it is their holiday too. When going home on the last day I usually say all the stuff...Happy Holidays, Happy Chanukah, Happy Kawanza, Happy New Year, Or just Have a good Vacation. I was born around christians so I guess I should be a christian. Just celebrate whatever holidays you believe in. If you don't believe in or like a holiday, just get over it and let the people who consider it a special time have their peace. Really, anyone ever force a gun to someone's head and force them to celebrate a holiday they don't belive in? zpower the resident christian extremist just said he was gonna kill anyone who didn't beleive in christ or celebrate christmas, so yes, for some it is that siriouse.

when you say "flip all who dont like it", you're basically segregating and seperating.

Not to mention the fact that saying Merry Christmas to someone is just a way to express good will towards them. You can't read their minds before hand and know wether or not they celebrate Christmas. It's also not like you've imposed anything on them. It could have been worse. You could have said "Merry Christmas! You believe in and love Jesus! If you don't you'll burn in Hell! buy a tree already!".

That would be acceptance. Lat time I checked America was pretty much for that.
