Gameboy advance sp - Tv tuner?

does anyone know if there is gba sp tv tuner. My friends say there is one but i'm not sure becos i havent heard of one. If anyone has one tell me please and post a picture of what it looks like of u can.

its this thing u attach to ur gameboy and it allows u 2 watch 99 tv channels. Gameboy advance has one but i wondering if there was one made specially for gba sp
