All "red" damage. - ?

I don't know why but I can't seem to deal permanent damage to the opponent, I've hit them with super combo after super combo but they just switch out and recover it, is this supposed to happen?

In tag mode when you switch characters, the character not currently fighting recovers his "red" health meter if thats what you mean.

I know about red damage recovery, I play mvc2. The problem is that all the damage I deal is red, so they recover all their health.

Well, maybe there are just some good "tag" players.. and know what there are doin

on the other hand, if your talking about, you hitting your opponent(s) and his/her power not going down.. well, thats just lag.. and you can't do nothing about.. but you can try and decrease by:

1: turn off background.. you can do that by: clicking options and then check "no background"

2: turn off all in game sound/music
3: turn off all programs you don't need while fighting.. such as; AIM, MSN, YAHOO!, etc

I see what you mean because that has happened to my partner, but who hosted the game?

It turns out I didn't realize the red damage on this game was fixed, not fractional, and so the opponent could use this to recover his health fully, thank you for your help.
