Connectivity issues - Dsl problems

back in 2003, i had no problems with my DSL connections, i could host a game and whatsoever until my mom allowed it to be turned off over billing issues. now i got it reactivated and now i having problems i know i shouldnt have. the machine is connected directly to the modem just like last time and i still cant host. can any1 help me with this in any way?

Tried going to option and click I am in fire wall =/ lower connection for fire wall =/ If that doesn't work it depend on your connection.

Do you have any firewalls?

no firewall here, but wont let me connect to games

i turned all my firewalls off

i have troubles trieng to connect with another gamer. it says some crap about some port or somthin.i have a wireless modem :(

is NAT enabled on the modem? or do you have a public IP assigned to your computer?

no its not NAT enabled, and the IP is private.

i on a westell versalink gateway modem model327w
