well, the best i've seen so far is...
STREET FIGHTERS II V

but i like DBZ, digimon 1&3, medabots is cool too because it is like POWER QUEST on GBC !

well, card captor was like stupid at fitst, but some episodes were actually good to watch !

both are made by completely different companies and completely different people.

dbz is made by akira toriyama and his "bird" studio, and the tv version is made by toei animation

yu yu hakusho is made by FUJI TV and this author nobody knows about

first of all, if you only watch anime that are currently playing in north america, then don't even bother debating on this. even the anime on adult swim are nothing compared to some of the greatest. just wait until the new anime channel comes out. then you'll witness awesome music, beautiful scenes, unpredictable plots of ruourni kenshin(Samurai X) and the depressing and complex atmosphere of Serial experiments Lain.

well...
i have seen the 4 episodes as of now, i'm not impressed and its not the big deal in anime, but man, EPISODES 5 (KEN vs FEI LONG) i can't believe he is in ! and who can resist the fight between GUILE and RYU ? i sure can't, that was such a fight ! (guile is my favorite, they didn't miss him)

downloading episodes 5 now, it makes me about 1 episode per night ! because i'm TELEPHONE on a 33,6 !
and i must say that this cannot be worst then SFA and cannot surely be worst then the VAN DAMME MOVIE !

it is a good show as of now. not the best compared to other like DBZ but still, i love SF too !

Well, us americans do get the raw side on anime...thats one reason I wish I was born in the far east.Given my choices thats why I like those animes if I was exposed to better anime maybe I would've chosen something more to your liking.

America is only inferior in certain cultural aspects such as anime. I'm only exposed to the anime I see on Adult Swim, but once I'm older and on my own, I'll be sure to ask you what animes to look for. Its not his or my fault that the US censors half of the stuff they dubb. My friend has a relative who buys anime videos and stuff, so maybe I'll be able to find some of this stuff you're talking about. If I'm lucky, I'll find the infamous Neon Genesis Evangelion, along with Rouruni Kenshin. The point is, its not our fault.
