it's a program like winzip it opens .rar, .zip and others...... glad to help

wtf winrar in much better than winzip, winrar handles almost every kind of compressed file and winzip can only do zips...

Well I prefer WinZip because I have been using it longer.

they works pretty much the same, but with rar instead of rightclicking and pressing extract all, winrar u just double click and u have several options to play with if youwant...
