I cant log in the new d/l version

When i got to vgmfusion,i can log in under my name (dark)kayura but i cant fight,it say its a outdated version all the time.,but when i go to the downloaded one i cant log into my name at all, I can only log in as a player,and i tried to make a new account but it just stays at the attempting to authenticate thingy. can u help me out anyone?

Im having the exact same problem. Someone told me that it was because we were behind firewalls,but he we cant be too sure of that because soo many people are having the exact same problems.

I am having this problem with the d/l too.When I try to remake my account it says "UNABLE to contact server.Please try again later or login as 'PLAYER' and a blank password."

Same here, I can't log in. But the game sure does load a heck of alot faster.

hmm... something is wrong on U'R end... but, if u'r NOT behind a firewall or a router... plz make sure you DO have the latest version of Shockwave installed on your system:

buy a switch im using a switch and im sharing my connection with my cousin.. and everything is normal without the firewall :D

So if it wont authenticate we had to update shockwave, and if we already have the newest version installed then what? I am pretty positive I uninstalled my firewall months ago, and I am not behind a router.

i'm sure i have the latest version of shockwave installed... i can't sign in though..... when i create a new account it says i can't connect to the server and no i don't have a firewall set up.

I have the lastest shockwave.I dont think I am behind a firewall or a router(actually I really dont know what those are).

And this only happens with the d/l for me.For the regular version everything works fine except its to slow.

firewall or router :

its like a small box where u connect 2 to 4 computers and u share the internet connection and u can creat a network neighborhood .. well if u dont understand in ur school they use routers thats why they have like 20 comps connected 2 the same network

ok....i'm not sure if i am behind a firewall or not,but can someone tell me how i can check if i am,and how to delete it or whatever,so i can log in on the d/l version.I'm computer illiterate,i just play on it..lol. :)

im behind a strict strict router.. (i have virtually every port closed) and i can connect with the downloaded version just fine..

lucky you jordan i have a router and a firewall built into the router so i can't get on the d/l version but i can still play the online one so its ok :D

Ya same here,its not laggy at all,i just hate playing as a player,cause if u say ur someone,no one beleives u,and the high ranks dont play players much.

i know that a lot of people are having problems loggin in with the downloadable version, so, what i'm asking all of you to do is email me at: xvssf@cyberfuturism.com telling me what type of OS you have (windows ?? which one ??) as well as which browser u'r using (lets not fill up the forum with this junk)

i will then make a patch and send it to all of you... if it works, then we'll release the official fix in the next update :biggrin:

my d/l version was workin fine until i installed the latest version of shockwave, then it wouldnt let me log in!!!! dang, good thing the online version still worx :laugh:

i dont wanna take the time to make an e-mail, bit i have windows xp, and use internet explorer as my browser
