i got dsl and the thing did go on dsl :) it was in the #500

well it went to one screen then it freezed then it went to the right screen, and i have a screen shot :sleeping: right here (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v481/sfoland/ebf726c9.bmp) the number may be small but it say 1500 some number like that

your connection box is the type of connection you have...but

there are things that can slow down download rate on the internet...thus causing your 1 kp sec on the site

1. internet is in use (ie. IMs, more than one window of IE open, ect

2. spyware, adware, blah blah

3. low ram...caused by other programs being run at the same time...software firewall...etc.
