Well, it's ok for your first site, I guess. Needs more content, add a few pages, all the stuff on the main page seems scrambled, out of order. You can always use the black spaces to the sides, you know :)

EYO your site is ok.
It does have some animations that are unnecessary.

The pic, yes the same XmvsSf pic located at the top of the forum, should be linked like the one up there is.
Also cropping a little of the left size would make it look better.
You can't tell one side is longer than the other because the white blends with the white background,however on a black background it doesn't..
