ok, FLATFACE is pretty good for a FREE SERVICES given by NORMAL USERS !

i have done a very good search for the best FREE HOSTER !
flatface came in first but when i readed their notice i kinda like made it last on my list !

what the guy didn't say is that FLATFACE is not sponsored and is maintained by NORMAL people not BIG BUSINESS !
which means you must send them an E-MAIL asking for a WEB SPACE for you... in that e-mail you must tell them why you want to use their site, and they don't the answer that say because you offer 200mb of space !

next, they have to approve you request... it is not a SIGN NOW AND UPLOAD NOW !
it is a REQUEST NOW AND UPLOAD WHEN WE'LL SAY YES !
which can take up to 2 entire weeks before you get a simple answer !

so no... FLATFACE isn't the best in that way !

EDIT:
after doing a lot of research about the matter i came to the conclusion that the best FREE HOSTER is this one...

- inline or POPUPs ADVERTISING banner
- FTP ACCESS, WEB ACCESS all for UPLOAD

anything else is all allowed too !
that's really the best i could find after 3 days of intensive research about the matter !
