Please do not make a topic advertising your forum or a friends forum or anything of the like. Putting up another forum here is advertising a competing service, thus is not allowed. We want members to come here, not be pulled to another forum. You can link to a website that has a forum with it, but link to the site itself, not the forum. Sorry for any inconvenience, thank you.
Also, I've had some people ask me some questions, so let me further clearify the issue.
We are a forum community here. We pride ourself on our community and (you) the great members in it. We also enjoy new members coming to our forum as well and joining the family. But when links to other forums come up, we have the potential to lose members that way. Just like in the past we had a Major forum advertised all over the boards, and many people joined, and stoped posting here, even to this day. Even now there are Major forums abound, and even if it's nice, it's still another community, and pulls members activity.
Think of it like this: You go to McDonalds website, do you see links or ads to Wendy's or Burger King on it? You don't even see links to Chipotle, and they own them. I hope this helps clear some things up of why this is here.
