Cant play the game! need help asap!

Ok, for some reason, I can't play the game. When I go to practice mode, and choose my character, than when im bout to fight, it freezes and says BARNEY LEFT THE GAME. Also, when I log in, and go to OPTIONS, my IP is always on AUTO, but I change it though and it still won't let me play. I also try putting up a firewall but still doesn't work. Any suggestions?!

Barney left the game??!! How sad...

clear cache, re-install Shockwave and restart the computer (the FAQ tells you how)

leave the ip AS "auto", it will change on its own... as for "barney left the game" ?? .. unless someone else reports the same problem, it is just your end, and the above "tip" should help...
