Im new and need help - Sum connection problemn

can u teach me how to do specials cuz im complete #### at this game and when i try to play with sumone it always disconnects and say look a faq or sumtin about my ip can u tell me wahts wrong

i accept challenge then i waited a long time when it said attemepted to synconize or sumtin then after that had failed it said look at faq or sumtin about the ip

..well, try cleaning ur cache and then see what happens..
you can do that by:

1: go 2 "tools"
2: click "internet options"
3: click the "delete files" button
4: a message should appear about "delete offline content" .. check the BOX.. click OK
4: restart your computer

You can also try tinkeing with the network settings in the options menu like clicking I have a firewall and Old connection mode. Maybe the port settings(I doubt it though)

it works fine on story mode but when i vs sumone right before i vs them theres a connecthing thing mine fails there

it first says attempting to synchonize port 1626 then it says sumtin failed please check your ip/port and look at faq im not quite sure i keep forgetting what they say

Of course it works in Story mode, you go against the AI and there is no need to connect.

Anyway I'll say it again. Go to options click on the network tab and click on "I have a firewall" and/or "Old connection mode"

have you tryied to type in AUTO in the box where they have ur ip address # under network
