Help - Ip/port problem

hey okay well when i challange some one or try to join a game it goes unable to connect. please check ure Ip/port settings in the options menu (see FAQ for more info) ive checked the FAQ and it hasnt helped me. so i'm wandering if any one elce can? :huh:

Umm it happened to me too. To fixed this thing go to option and click old connection mode(for firewalls). That should do the work:)And 1 more thing if it show that again that mean they already start the game:) or got closed the server.

but if youuse that mode u will only be able to join gmaes, u will never ever be able to host a game.

nor challenge..
..also, if you have a router, you will NOT be able to host/challenge other people...

but he said it work:) btw he could check o f the fire wall thingy if he wanted to host. If he want to join someone game he could just check in the fire wall:):) :baaa:

I already give you the answer he could just redo the fire wall connection thingy then his old problem will be fixed:)

no doesn't work that way, with the firewall functio no f, u still won't be able to host besuase they won't be able to join, no mattter what, he cannot host if he is having firewall connection problems

yes they can host but, nobody can join so don't :baaa: me :sly:

No matter what, you cant host with firewall settings checked. And he only seems to be able to play with firewall settings on. SO he'll have to play by only accepting challenges and joining games.

I remeber the topiccreator sayin, "it worked" .. but I don`t remember him/her saying that, "It worked when I accept challenges", or, "It works when I joi nothers game"
And, thats probably why "us" posted info on, "If you have a router you can't host/challenge" and all that other stu f.


Anyways, to set things straight and even, You can't host/challenge if you select old connection mode.. so.. um.. thats why I heared from Nferno666.

People didn't you read my post he/she said that he said it working so that mean he could join:) BTW if Kenon have problem with hosting and quick game he could already post here.
