I cant log in! - The downloaded version

I cant login in the downloaded version.All it says is unable to authenticate.please check your login/password or create a new account.that was my password and it was right and even if i try to make a new account with the same email,password and login it says i have an outdated version of the game which i dont because in the place where u download there is no other upgrade apart from 7c to 7d and i have 7d.Could someone tell me what to do.

everyone has had this problem with the downloaded version. i guess you just have to use the shockwave one.
