Vip characters - Can't get them

i ahve been a vip for a long time and i use to have my vip chacters but now i can't even get evil ryu when i log on it does say vip member and even when i play the game it says vip member but i just can't get evil ryu and thats like the only character i use. Is this a glitch or what?

were you in the 3rd server? if so then thats why....3rd server is a tournament server so no vip perks work there(hope i helped)

Yeah since the first 2 server are down at the moment the 3rd server is the only available to use. and no perks are allowrd in that servers.

sometimes it happen to me. When i go to story mode my vip perk is off.

WELL DAWG YOU PROBALY HAVE ONE OF YOUR LETTERS CAPITALISE TERY TO KEEP ALL OF THEM LOWER CASE
