Serious help! tmyapp help me! - Is it ok yet? is it safe?

[color=#F52887:post_uid12]Hey all DarkKidbuu here... umm TMyApp i was just wondering... is the Banner problem solved yet... if you don't remember the topic i made about this problem some while back let me refresh your memory... well the problem was about the personal profile page... every time i try to do somthing to my banner.. whether it's try to add some text.. or change my banner or add one.. it just Deletes!! i first noticed this when i tried to take off some text i put under my banner and put one of those TMyApp banners under mine (you know.. from the fad?) well i tried to take the text off then put the banner back on... then when i clicked the "Ammend my profile" button it just said profile edited... then when i go back to see niether the text or the ####anner is there!!!! so then i though i probrably did'nt put the url in right... but i did and i tried again and again and again!!!!! then i just gave up.... and what's funny is after all those tries... i went back one more time then... some wierd stuff happened.......... when i typed the text back under my banner the text did'nt go in, then when i just spaced..... it left an after trail and it was just garbled letters every time i typed.. and then after that i just gave up.. then a day later i made a topic about it....... and to this day i have yet yo even touchmy banner because i'm afraid that if itry to edit it again it'll probrably just delete my banner... so my question to you TMyApp is...... can you help me?...

Whoah..,next time be a little bit more descriptive.,not sure what you are talking about..,anyways ..,i'm assuming it's only you experiencing this problem..

Anways any admin can resolve this matter, doesnt have to be directed at TMy...especially Leftby..,because he is the one running this site..

How come there is a banner in you "signature"..?,If thats what your problem is..

Cool! so.. NoSoul you'll help me? cool, you can always count on NoSoul to help out..... anyway... i'm not trying to currently put a banner on now but i want to, because i'm gonna ask Rabbitalien to make me a ####anner and matching avy (time for change) i want to look good for Weapon-X :;): but i just want to know if this problem i have has been resolved in the previous updates or somthing, because i honestly don't know.... i'm a bit scared to even touch my banner nowbecause it'll probrably just be taken off with no way to put it back on... i think it's a problem with the Forum or glitch perhaps..... i can tell you how this happened too... i mean.. how it started.... if you want to know... but if you still want the URL for the banner i was trying to put on...... i don't have it any more... but i can tell you it was the URL of the TMyApp banners that were released, mabey that can help? :dontgetit: just post or PM if you need any addidtional information.... or help...

simple solution...delete/recreate the account..only way to fix this error for those unlucky faulty member accounts :biggrin: only a handful of ppl seem to have this problem and that is the only solution. we can give you your post count but you lose you member joined date.

maybe you didn't understand what he's saying, in simple terms you could delete the account or recreate it then i'm sure they'd be happy to give you post count back so the only thing that would change is your joining date, simple no :biggrin:
