I have a problem - The game doesn't work

after the game loads

i get this message

internal error: Unexpected failure while compositing bitmap number 187 of PLAYER-CAST 7[B]

then the game freezes

i tried it with the downloaded and web version
same thing happens

clear cache, restart computer...

to do this, go to your Internet Explorer

1: click on "Tools" at the top
2: click on "Internet Options"
3: click the "delete files" button
4: restart your computer

i had that problem it is probally the internet connection eg. netzero and juno. :D
what u can do is download the dl version, start it up then log in to your internet connection, then log in to sfo.
