Both but for gamepad you need to have a certain kind.

how do u play using a gamepad- i have a usb gamepad- how can i use it to play street fighter online. help please!!!

i really need help too i have a usb gamepad but if i try and configure the controls it doesn't show up and i can't find anyway of selecting gamepad as a option??
