Somethign need to eb done about this person. I was fighting him I beat him over eight times in arow then he gets mad the next match Its lagging so horribly I use three specials one right after another not a single, one point, of life was taken away.

You have to learn the lag and become the lag. If you know where he is and you hit him, know where he will go and don't be fooled by where he is standing.
