Trouble logging in - Help

Ok i was playin game i logged in/logged out, when i tried to log bak in it says unable to authenticate.So i create a new account then it says Unable to create account.You have an outdated version of the game.See Faq for info.errorT1. Plz can some 1 help me i have vrsn 1.1c i have all the files needed.thats all
