If you have a bmp or gif. U can change ur bmp or gif into a jpg. Just open the file of bmp or gif and save it as jpg
open the file, click save as, and when the window comes up with files go to file type (i think) and click the arrow, and pick gif or jpg. I just learned this today, so I would know!

or maybe your system doesnt support jpeg formats
try to go to windows explorer, then rename your bmp file to jpeg...
gifs and jpgs are smaller files than bitmap. so, therefore, it speeds up web page loading if you use gif!
