Still can't...

i still can't get in any of the servers

only the first three servers work........and if you cant get into them, well I dunno......mabey you have some kind of a strange firewall?

Only the first 3 servers work, if you have any problems connectin' to the first 3 servers.. This might help:

1.Go To (Options)
2.go under ya (network tab)
3.click (I am behind a firewall or a proxy)
4.click (old connection mode(for firewalls)..


First 3 servers (working servers):

Dawn Of Rage
SFO Backup server
SFO Tournament server

And.. Well.. You get my point! :biggrin:

NOTE: The "3 working servers" may be down @ times.. So umm.. You won't be able to go into some of the servers ALL the time.

i used to be able to go on it, a couple of years ago, then i stopped coming, and now when i try to get in it doesnt work

Also you can got to network and where they have your ip number at type AUTO in the box that worked for me

i can only play the story modes, but i can only choose ryu and ken. why?

cuz ken and ryu are the dfault fightrs erm u got to unock ur fighters now and u won't be doing non of that till u get in the servers try scanning for virus www.pandasoftware.com

u have to buy all that stuff

anyway i used to be able use the other players so what happened now?

i dont think it has a virus, i used more than 1 computer to go on the servers but still nothing worked

You have to beat players online to unlock all the other characters. Btw I doubt you have a virus but you can try scanning at pandasoftware (http://www.pandasoftware.com), the online scan is free, click on the advert at the bottom.

but at first when i returned after a long time i was able to choose other players

WHATS WRONG??!!

something weird happened yesterday

i started one of the story mode games and then i was viewing another website on another page, and then when i looked back i was on a server

i dont think it was one of the servers u go on when u press start, i think it was my own server

at that time i wasnt able to post any writing

on the top left it said 'u can stop players from joining by the SERVER ON/OFF thing on the top left', it said something like that

it also had 3 teams on the right, but only i was on it, and no other players were on the server

my computer was running slow at that time

Still can't get through umm maybe you have some kind of fire wall. Just go download viuse scanning thing that should do the work:)

i already told u, i tried everything, and i dont think i was able to do the virus scanning

You didn't told me nothing? Anyway if you can't then guess you got to FIXEd your computer at computer store lol that is what I think or get CD of viruse scanning thigny.

I dunno maybe if you try tinkering with your computer a little bit you might be able to get in:p

If you have firewall or route try to disconnecting it. If your using a webversion and can't get in at the 3 server. Try doing this: Clean your cache, then try to log in. If you have Downloaded version, try this: Delete the folder and redownload them all again. Also delete shockwave. by going to start>control panel> add/remove program and remove it. Download it again by going to www.streetfighteronline.com>start>download and download the shockwave that TMyApp putted.
If you are unable to connect then there nothing we can do.

About the character: They are locked because TMyApp made it to a new level :biggrin:

correction...as of monday night we have global server up and running again :biggrin: so we are back to 4 servers.

when u are in the options menu, check all the boxes and on one of them there is three options low medium and high. I have fast acess dsl so I have mine on high. (It always works for me)
