View Full Version : Straight from the faq - 3d graphics/animation support?

Upcoming Features:

-4 player gameplay

-support for 3-6 game observers

-practice mode AI

-3D graphics/animation support

We now have 3 out of the 4 features listed in the Upcoming Features....the last???
The 3d graphics/animation support!

Some body created a similare topic in the New Feature section, about 3d graphics.(But it got locked before I could reply) So I figured I'd bite the bullet....

TMyApp: "How ya gonna do the 3D support?"

Im figuring that...like the other features...3D support HAS been implimented. I/E: Scrolling floor and background.
OR...
Do you have other plans for the 3D support?

If ALL features listed in the FAQ have been implimented. The "Upcoming Features" should be edited. So as not to mislead viewers,and inspire ####ish posts from Vets. :D

support for 3-6 game observers ..if i hav an observer watching..thye speak and it wrecks the game...would there be any way tmyapp could sort that?

Actually when the observer speaks, the Chat box turns yellow and green. It doesnt bother.

yeah... the FAQ .. NEEDS to be updated...

(viper2040 will be on my arse' for this one) :biggrin:

as for the "3d support"... no.. it is not implemented in any of the official/public versions of the game...

what it was going to be is "support for 3D graphics/effects" such as the ones seen in MvsC2...

the idea to put those in happend WAY b4 the four player mode... so... i had no idea we would lose so much of the fps once it was implemented :(

that is why @ this point i am not even thinking about this (we do NOT need to lose anohter 5+ FPS just so we can see some fancy 3D effects)... @least for now...

... maybe.. MAYBE next year (when ever buys new computers) :biggrin:

Well...not unless I get a "healthy" tax return in the begining of the year. :D
