How do i upload banners - So i can use them

someone plz tell me how to upload my banners to boomspeed so that i can use them. i have already made about 4 different banners but dont know how to upload them. :dontgetit:

go to browse and find the file of the banner then press open and then go down and where it says upload press that and it should upload for u.

when im using adobe photoshop and get my banner done it wont let me save it. so wut do i do? :eh:
