I feel like a noob for asking but... - How do you do special attacks?

Y'know.. where the game freezes and a portrait of the character appears and it does a super hyper ultra attack? How do i do that..?

it's a super...if your ryu just push down forward 2 punches at level on and you will do his super...another would be down back 2 picks and anotheris forward down forward 2 punches
