Avatars are NOT hard to make nor find.
It is a simple 64 pixel wide X 64 pixel tall image.
It can be saved under any image format...JPG,JPEG,or GIF are the most common.

simply browse the web for an image you like.
right click the image, and either save the image, or copy it.
Then open your favorite paint program, import the image (open the saved image,or paste it.)

Cut your favorite part from the image...make sure it is 64px X 64px...save the image, under any one of the previously mentioned formats., and you have just made your first, very own, custom avatar!

then you have 2 options:
#1 host your avatar on the internet some where, then submit the URL to your personal info files here at the forum.

#2 Send Leftyfb an e-mail entitled "Avatar", attach your custom avatar to your e-mail, and request that he host it for you. (he use to do this...i think he still does). When he receive the e-mail...he will post your avatar in the list of avatars here at the forum, for you to choose.

Allright its like this apocolyspe83.
Hosting a pic is when you put it on your own site....to host.
You can go here (http://www.boomspeed.com).
thats boomspeed.com
You can upload your pictures to your account and host them from there.
Just copy the url of it and go to profile/avatar and paste in the url slot.
The maximum size for an avatar is 64 by 64 pixels

You can resize it where inder where the url slot is in the avatar options.
Certain programs will also let you resize the image. Depending on what you're using.
