Port - Opening port

Hi. I've been having a problem on joining games or having a quick game it keeps saying. unable to connect.Please check your ip/port setting in the option menu. I do have a router so I guess I have to open port. I know how to do that I just need to know the start and end port numbers. All help is welcome.

Go to option>And check old connection for fire wall :D

Hmm.. you can also try checking "I am Behind a firewall or a proxy" (located in options>network).

And it won't hurt to change your "USE PORT" to 80 =/

Or you can use a program called WinGate, to bypass the router or firewalls. Do a Yahoo search on it. :biggrin:
