I was just wondering how do you get that small picture under ur name? ???

:) You mean avatar. first you go to your control panel options. then go to Personal info, and you'll see an avatar option. choose an avatar on the list or download your own. Have fun.

nah it was the avatar but for the banner do what I told ya in my message and the pic will appear
