How do u unlock new characters

i need help because the only people that i can play with now is ryu and akuma how come i can't pick other people like sentiel wolver

aLL characters are subjected to a poll
the rest is if you obtain a certain amount of win as indicated in the selection screen when you start your game

there is a new feature now..u have to get certain amount of wins to get the person(40wins) shall get u every1..

that is correct..but i think if you have 40 wins 40 losses then it's like you never played.. :biggrin: not sure about that though :biggrin:
