well.. you won't be able to authorise your account... hmm.. unless! you go to hotmail.com (http://www.hotmail.com), and register there.. when you do register.. put an age higher than 14, or 15.. therefore the parent control won't activate..

now after you finish doing that, make a new forum name, and register it with that email that you just made.. now follow the steps in my first post..
