okay as you can all see im a V.I.P but hoe come i don't
got all the dark charcaters i tryed going to the DOA but it
did'nt work please help ???

wen u sent the app did u sen ur name as z-z or Z-z u aff to to put ur name in agzacly the same even the if youput sum caps in u av to av erm in if youdint then u cant av any caps in

It's all about the caps man...

NoSoul4Evr = me with VIP characters.
Nosoul4evr = me without my VIP perks.

...see the difference in capitlization?.

In your case..
Z-z may activate your perks.
While..z-z may turn them off.
...or the other way around.

And dont forget the Tournament server does not allow people to use their perks, regardless of caps.
No perks in that server..ever.
