Super help - No effect

I played xmvssf for 2-3 weeks now and have a problem wile fighting online. MY SUPER MOVES DON'T WORK or there effect comes later ( most of the time when i'm dead). So how can I fix this or has anyelse had probs with this? plz send the answer here.

(N00BS) its called LAG to reduce lag,so that you MAY win,turn off the music,and reduce the screen size.(N00BS TAKING OVER THE FORUM)....

C'mon lay off of em..he justed asked a question...anyways it's lag..like akuma said try using a smaller window, or turning of the music...that helps..and make sure no other programs are running in the background, for that can make the game lag also.
