I cant get my login information authenticated

hello im new to Street Fighter Vs X men and i was playing it earier today but when i came to play it in the evening it wouldnt let me login in.. and when i went to make a new account it said i had an old version... could someone explain this or tell me what i have to do

press f5 *refresh or delelte your internet cache...then press f5...whilst the game is loading.

I always use the download version(because im on dial up, of course) and whenever I log on using it I never get a problem unless im... offline. Perhaps you should use the download version if refreshing ur cache doest work.
