Never ask for a sponsorship, this could led to Banned and also people will not sponsor you because they don't know you yet nor u just came up here just to make a post about sponsorhip. To get sponsorship, you must get respect first. Helping out people what with their problem in the forum or on the game. but always remember never ask for a sponsorship. Read the info TMyApp posted on the game, just scroll down and find about sponsorhip

^Anyway, you say that you cant pay for your perks because of paypal. Why? Is it that you don't have a credit card? If so, ask one of your family members to do it for you. It's only $5.00 :D
