How do you train with a partner?

I see all these people talking about training there friend and I'm confuse. How could you train your friend in the XvsSF game?Could anyone tell me how to train a friend or train with somebody? This XvsSF game has some amazing things that i don't even know.

it simply means both of you will spar...

it's basically just fighting with the same person untill u get better...it pretty pointless because you only get better at fighting people with their strategies so the best way to train is to fight as many people as possible

just fight like normal,and become mates and stuff,its easy :D
