Can some1 tell me why can't i get in. when i press mirror 1 they will take me here "http://home.cogeco.ca/%7Ermaule1/full/xvssf.html" it will show the loading bar but it won't load.

you probably dont have the latest version of shockwave so download it. its free so no worries. that should solve the problem. if not check the faq(s).
